Our 175,000-sq. ft. plant is strategically located at the Clinton Exit on 376W, in the Clinton Commerce Park, adjacent to the Greater Pittsburgh Airport. Knepper Press resides on 12 acres with plenty of room for expansion.
In 2009 Knepper Press relocated to a new 100,000 sq. ft. facility. We started with a blank sheet. Our team of architects, engineers and craftsman designed what continues as the most efficient production workflow model in the region. We created a facility that is not only pleasing aesthetically, but which also provide a comfortable working environment for our clients and our employees.
We completed our 75,000 sq.ft. warehouse addition in 2018. With this addition Knepper Press became the largest integrated print, mailing and fulfillment facility in the Tri State area. Printed materials, mailing services, document management, logistics and integrated web-site ordering are coordinated services offered by Pittsburgh’s oldest graphic arts organization. We warehouse more than 25,000 SKUs for our many hundreds of regional clients, shipping 500 to 1500 orders daily. From simple pick and pack to full e-storefront technology, B2B and B2C web-enabled ordering, as well as parts assembly, technical, and full phone support.
Our Dual Print and Mail facility in Buffalo, NY is strategically located close to I-90, near the Walden Galeria Mall and the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. This 78,000 sq. ft. plant offers a heat set 38” Rotoman web press which is a mate of the press in our Clinton plant, in addition to sheet fed offset and wide format printing.
